About the job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Norrköping Ingelsta! In short, this position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Position details: Temporary assignment, 26 hours per week through June 30, 2027.
Start date: By agreement.
Work hours: You'll vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Secondary education, good Swedish skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations in the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders and plan sales and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.
