We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Motala Bråstorp! Simply put, the position means that you help ensure our customers can shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position is: Full-time temporary contract through 2027-05-30.
Start date: 2026-08-31 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations of the fresh foods department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
