About the Job We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Karlstad Bryggudden! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for quality, sustainable food at really good prices. Job Details: Full-time position for 26 hours per week with a trial period. Start Date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement. Work Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; fluent Swedish (spoken and written). More About the Role: Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations in the fresh department—making sure the store is well-stocked and looks great. You'll greet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or checking out. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store meet its sales and profitability goals.
