About the Job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Helsingborg Berga! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. The position includes: Two temporary positions at 26 hours per week until 2027-02-04 and 2027-10-05 respectively. Start date: 2026-09-14 or by agreement. Work hours: You will work varying shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or checking out. After a while, you'll also place orders and plan sales and help the store reach its sales and profitability targets. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
