About the job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Habo Kärnekulla! In short, the position means that you help our customers shop for quality and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position includes: Permanent employment at 3.75 hours per week, probation applies.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the fresh foods department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
