About the Job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Borlänge Kupolen! In short, the position means you contribute to enabling our customers to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position includes: Temporary employment at 26 hours per week until December 31, 2026.
Start date: August 24, 2026 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After some time, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
