Main Responsibilities
We're now looking for a new team member to join our great group at Snabbgross Malmö.
As a store associate, you'll have varied work. Everything from cashier work, ordering, picking goods in store or in e-commerce, and merchandise display. In your daily work, you'll meet customers, whom you'll actively engage to drive profitable sales. You'll also participate in the store's improvement areas, development, and ensure a good customer experience and work environment. The work is physical and may involve some heavy lifting.
Who Are You?
You're interested in food, enjoy working with customers and sales, which is a requirement for the role. We encourage diversity among applicants to our positions, and if you also have knowledge of other languages, we see that as a plus. If you enjoy a fast pace, are good at prioritizing while being thorough, are quality-conscious, and work well in a team, then you'll thrive with us at Snabbgross.
You have a high school education and good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. It's an advantage if you've worked in the service industry, preferably in retail/food.

Scope: Full-time contract until 2027-01-17.
Start Date: By agreement.
Working Hours: You'll alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Location: Lundavägen 150, 212 25 Malmö.
