The role involves overall responsibility for the store's warehouse while you, when needed, support operations out on the store floor. Responsibilities As a store associate with warehouse responsibility, you will work with: Overall responsibility for the store's warehouse and merchandise flow Incoming and outgoing deliveries Preparation, sorting, and placement of goods E-commerce picking Inventory and work in warehouse systems Handling digital tools connected to the warehouse Ensuring good order and structure in the warehouse Delegating warehouse-related tasks Customer service and sales Cash register work Unpacking and restocking merchandise Signage and merchandise display You contribute to creating a well-functioning store where both customers and colleagues experience order, engagement, and good service. Who are you? We are looking for someone with retail experience who thrives in a fast pace where tasks vary between warehouse and store. You are structured, responsible, and have good organizational skills. You enjoy taking initiative, planning your work, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently while happily helping out on the store floor when needed. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, as is a forklift certification with A1 and A2 authorization. If you have experience with e-commerce, inventory management, or larger merchandise flows, we see that as an added benefit. As a person, you are a flexible team player with strong customer focus and a positive attitude. You contribute to good cooperation and enjoy working toward common goals. Terms This position is a permanent employment at 80% that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is September 1, 2026 or by agreement. Working hours are primarily scheduled for weekdays, Monday–Friday, with morning shifts. We apply wages according to the collective agreement with Handelsanställdas förbund.
