Main Responsibilities We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of a successful operation. As a cold counter specialist at Hemköp Stockholm Vällingby C, you are fundamentally a shop associate, which means you take significant personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they're looking for. You ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you focus on positive customer service, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. In your role as a cold counter specialist, you handle raw materials and create cold dishes with an understanding of HACCP and Axfood's guidelines for hygiene, health, and food safety. With your love for quality ingredients and your passion for food, you become an important part of the chain toward an inspiring shopping experience. The position is a permanent full-time role of 30 hours per week, with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect You have extensive knowledge and interest in food, enjoy working with customers, and sales are essential for the cold counter role. Equally, you are good at following instructions and directives, but you also take initiative willingly and contribute with your creativity and knowledge in the cold kitchen. Experience from a café, kitchen, or equivalent is an asset. To thrive with us, you should be a good team player, thorough, organized, and quality-conscious. You also enjoy a fast pace and are used to working under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you manage daily operations, which means you are service and sales-oriented, but also willing to work across department boundaries in the store.
