Below you can see what it means to be a Store Associate at Hemköp: As a Store Associate, you will take great personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they are looking for. You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain toward an inspiring shopping experience. Position Details: Permanent employment at 30 hours per week, probationary period applies. Start Date: 2026-09-28 or by agreement. Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect That you are interested in food, enjoy working with customers, and have a passion for sales – these are prerequisites for the role. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have a sense for both details and the bigger picture. Pursuant to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
