The Position ICA Supermarket Kävlinge is now looking for a fast and efficient employee! We're seeking someone with previous experience working in an ICA store or another grocery chain. You're comfortable working at a high pace and have excellent customer service skills. ICA Supermarket is one of Kävlinge's most visited grocery stores, offering a wide and affordable selection with a large customer base and high-quality products. Qualities As a person, you are engaged in what you do and always strive for the highest customer satisfaction. You work quickly and efficiently. You ensure the store's shelves and displays are always inspiring and well-stocked. You are a good team player and work well in a team environment. You take initiative and are self-directed. You are physically strong and capable of lifting heavy items. You are passionate about working in retail and have no plans to study. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has previously worked at ICA, Willys, Coop, Lidl, or Hemköp. You have good references from your previous workplace. You are familiar with AOB, Min Butik, or similar internal systems. You have previous experience with cash register and picking. A driver's license and car are a plus. You must be able to work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends. Employment The position is approximately 28.5 h/week with the opportunity for extra shifts.
