Below you can see what it means to be a Store Associate at Hemköp: As a Store Associate, you will take great personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they are looking for. You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and neat. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain toward an inspiring store experience. The position is: Temporary contract for 25 hours per week until 2028-02-29. Start date: According to agreement. Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect From You That you are passionate about food, enjoy working with customers, and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp: That you work well in a team, are thorough and quality-conscious. Moreover, you should enjoy a fast pace. Together with your colleagues, you will handle the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have an eye for both details and the big picture. We would like you to have experience in delicatessen work and bake-off. With reference to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.
