Below you can see what it means to be a Store Associate at Hemköp: As a Store Associate, you will take significant personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they're looking for. You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and neat. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain toward an inspiring store experience. Position Details: Permanent position for 10 hours per week, probationary period applies. Start Date: By mutual agreement. Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect Being passionate about food, enjoying working with customers, and having a drive for sales are essential for this role. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the bigger picture. In accordance with the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
