Below you can see what it means to be a Store Associate at Hemköp: As a Store Associate, you take great personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they are looking for. You ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that it is clean and tidy in our store. Together with your colleagues, you should focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You become an important part of the chain towards an inspiring store experience. The position: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies. Start date: September 7, 2026, or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What we expect from you That you are interested in food, enjoy working with customers, and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp: That you work well in a team, are thorough and quality-conscious. You also need to enjoy a fast pace. Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have an eye for both details and the bigger picture. With reference to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
