We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Burlöv Center! The job is simply about helping our customers buy good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position involves: Temporary assignment at 32 hours per week until December 12, 2027.
Start date: By agreement
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce department.
You ensure the department is well-stocked, looks great, and is updated according to the current season. We want to give customers a great first impression – this is a very important part of our store!
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About you

It's an advantage if you have experience working with fresh produce or with fruits and vegetables, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
