Below you can see what it means to be a Store Associate at Hemköp: As a Store Associate, you'll take significant responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they're looking for. You'll ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and neat. Together with your colleagues, you'll focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You'll be an important part of creating an inspiring shopping experience. Position: Permanent employment at 30 hours per week, probation applies Start Date: September 21, 2026, or by agreement. Working Hours: You will rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. What We Expect From You Being interested in food, enjoying working with customers, and having a passion for sales are prerequisites for this role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp: You should be a good team player, thorough, and quality-conscious. You should also thrive when the pace is fast. Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the day-to-day operations of the store. This means you are service and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the bigger picture. You, as an applicant, have previous experience working with produce, preferably in grocery retail. Pursuant to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 16/18 years of age, depending on the nature of the work duties.
