About the Job
We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Jönköping Råslätt! In short, the position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Hourly employment as needed.
Start Date: August 24, 2026 or by agreement.
Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 16 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
