About the Job We're looking for you to join our great team at Willys Halmstad Söndrum and work extra hours as needed. The perfect job for you if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for quality and sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Hourly position as needed. Start Date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement. Work Hours: You'll vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). Here's more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
