About the job We're looking for you to become part of our great team at Willys Eksjö C and who can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you who are studying or who have another occupation and want to work a bit more. The position simply means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position entails: Hourly employment as needed. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you handle the daily operations in the store, such as making sure the store is well-stocked and looks nice. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. You will gain experience—for example in sales, service, and store management—that will be useful to you regardless of what you choose to do in the future. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or in service, but it's not a requirement.
