As a Store Associate, you'll take great personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they're looking for.
You'll ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
Together with your colleagues, you'll focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You'll become an important part of creating an inspiring store experience.
Position type: Hourly position as needed.
Start date: August 24, 2026 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will work varying shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
Being interested in food and enjoying working with customers and sales is essential for this role. Below you can see what more is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
You should work well in a team, be thorough and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast pace.
Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
Pursuant to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
