As a Store Associate, you get to take great personal responsibility so that our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
You shall ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that it is clean and neat in our store.
Together with your colleagues, you shall focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality. You become an important part of the chain toward an inspiring store experience.
The position is: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
That you are food-interested, enjoy working with customers, and sales orientation is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what more is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
That you work well in teams, are thorough and quality-conscious. Moreover, you should enjoy a fast pace.
Together with your colleagues, you shall manage the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have a sense for both details and the bigger picture.
With reference to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Annex 2, we do not employ persons under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
