We're looking for you to become part of our great team at Willys Uppsala Björkgatan! As an e-commerce coordinator, you're responsible for ensuring our customers' orders are picked, packed, and ready for pickup at our Pickup Station.
Position details: Permanent full-time employment, probationary period applies
Start date: By agreement
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

You manage and participate in daily e-commerce operations in the store, including planning and coordinating picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods.
In collaboration with store management, you plan daily tasks and work ahead. You handle both planned and unforeseen events. This is a great entry-level job if you want to try work that includes leadership, structure, and planning.
You are a key player in the store's e-commerce network and are a contact person for customer service and transporters, among others.
You analyze, follow up, and drive e-commerce matters together with your immediate manager.
You're part of the grocery team and participate in daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.

About you

You've worked in retail for a while and are ready to take the next step in your development, want to learn new things, and develop. Experience with similar tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is a plus.
You're flexible, can juggle multiple tasks, and can both solve problems and coordinate tasks.
You have very good IT and computer skills, are thorough, and have no problem navigating different systems.
You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
