About the Job We're looking for you to join our great team at Willys Sala Ängshagen! As an e-commerce coordinator, you're responsible for picking, packing, and preparing our customers' orders for pickup at our Pick-up Station. Position Details: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, with a trial period. Start Date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Work Hours: You'll work varying shifts including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. More About the Position: You manage and participate in daily e-commerce operations in the store, including planning and coordinating picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods. In collaboration with store managers, you plan daily tasks and upcoming work. You handle both planned and unexpected situations. This is a great entry-level job if you want to try work that includes task management, structure, and planning. You're a key part of the store's e-commerce network and serve as a contact person for customer service and transport providers. You analyze, follow up, and drive e-commerce initiatives together with your direct manager. You're part of the grocery team and participate in daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or checking out. Experience with similar tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is a merit. You're flexible, can juggle multiple tasks, and can both solve problems and coordinate tasks. You have very good IT and computer skills, are thorough, and have no problem navigating different systems. You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
