About the job
We're looking for you to become part of our great team at Willys Norrköping Ingelsta! As an e-commerce coordinator, you're responsible for picking, packing, and preparing our customers' orders for pickup at our pickup station.
The position is: Temporary position of 32 hours per week until 2027-06-01.
Start date: 2026-08-24 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
You manage and participate in daily e-commerce operations in the store, such as planning and coordinating picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods.
In collaboration with the store's managers, you plan the day's tasks and future work. You handle both planned and unforeseen events. This is a great entry-level job if you want to try work that involves leadership, structure, and planning.
You're a key link in the store's e-commerce network and are a contact person for customer service and transport companies, among others.
You analyze, follow up on, and drive e-commerce matters together with your direct manager.
You're part of the grocery team and participate in daily store operations, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.

About you

You've worked in a store for a while and are ready to take the next step in your development, want to learn new things, and develop. Experience with similar tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is a merit.
You're flexible, can juggle many tasks, and can both solve problems and coordinate activities.
You have very good IT and computer skills, are meticulous, and have no problem navigating different systems.
You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
