We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Nacka Orminge Centrum, which is opening soon! As an e-commerce coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers' orders are picked, packed, and ready for pickup at our Pick-up Station.
Position details: Permanent full-time employment, probation period applies
Start date: By agreement
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, excellent knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

You manage and participate in the daily e-commerce operations in the store, such as planning and coordinating picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods.
In collaboration with store management, you plan today's tasks and work ahead. You handle both planned and unforeseen situations. This is a great entry-level job if you want to try work that involves supervisory duties, structure, and planning.
You are a hub in the store's e-commerce network and are a contact person for, among others, customer service and transport companies.
You analyze, monitor, and drive e-commerce matters together with your direct manager.
You are part of the grocery team and participate in the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.

About you

You've worked in retail for a while and are ready to take the next step in your development, want to learn new things and grow. Experience with similar tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is a merit.
You are flexible, can juggle multiple tasks, and can both solve problems and coordinate tasks.
You have very good IT and computer skills, are thorough, and have no problem navigating different systems.
You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do the same, that's great!
