Main responsibilities We are now looking for you who want to be part of a successful operation. As a store associate in the delicatessen at Hemköp Lidköping C, you will take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. In your role as a store associate in the delicatessen, you will handle meat, fish, charcuterie and prepared foods with an understanding of HACCP and Axfood's guidelines for hygiene, health and food safety. With your passion for food, especially delicatessen products, you will become an important part of creating an inspiring store experience. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings and weekends. What we expect from you Enjoying working with customers and sales is a requirement for the role of store associate in delicatessen. You inspire and contribute with your creativity and knowledge when serving customers according to their needs at our delicatessen counter. We would like to see that you have previous experience in delicatessen and prepared foods. To thrive with us, you should work well in a team, be thorough, structured and quality-conscious. In addition, you like a fast pace and are used to working under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you will handle the daily operations, which includes being service and sales-oriented, but also being willing to work across department boundaries in the store.
