As a retail associate at Biltema, you are a central part of customers' experience in the store. In this role, your main focus is on customer service and the café, where your approach and service mindset make a real difference in every customer interaction. Your workday is varied and characterized by a fast pace, clear routines, and a strong customer focus.
You meet our customers and assist them in customer service with questions and inquiries, as well as serve them in the café. Regardless of your task, your goal is to provide quick, friendly, and professional service. You contribute to creating a welcoming environment where customers feel seen and helped. At Biltema, no two days are the same, and we tackle everyday challenges with commitment, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach.
This is a part-time position, extra as needed.
About You
You understand that customers' time is valuable and enjoy working in a role where service, customer care, and efficiency are central. We are looking for someone who is positive, attentive, and enjoys working with people. You communicate easily, can handle multiple tasks at once, and stay calm even when the pace is fast.
As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and see what needs to be done. You appreciate order and organization and contribute to a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and colleagues. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English.
You must be at least 18 years old and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in cashier work, customer service, or café/restaurant operations. However, an interest in service and willingness to learn is just as important.
