As a store associate at Biltema, you are a central part of customers' experience in the store. In this role, you have a primary focus on customer service and café, where your approach and service orientation make a real difference in every customer interaction. Your workday is varied and characterized by a fast pace, clear routines, and a strong customer focus. You meet our customers and assist them in customer service with questions and matters, as well as serve them in the café. Regardless of the task, your goal is to provide quick, pleasant, and professional service. You contribute to creating a welcoming environment where customers feel seen and helped. At Biltema, no two days are alike, and we tackle everyday challenges with commitment, collaboration, and a solution-oriented mindset. This position is a fixed-term employment. The work is part-time, 30 hours/week. About You You understand that the customer's time is valuable and thrive in a role where service, approach, and efficiency are central. We are looking for someone who is positive, attentive, and enjoys working with people. You communicate easily, can handle multiple tasks at once, and stay calm even when the pace is high. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and see for yourself what needs to be done. You appreciate order and tidiness and contribute to a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and colleagues. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and you need to be able to communicate without hindrance in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English. It is a merit if you have previous experience with cash register work, customer service, or café/restaurant operations.
