As a store associate, your main responsibilities are: Actively engage in customer service – we want to provide all customers with first-class service. Sell high-quality building materials at the market's best prices. Maintain order and cleanliness in the facilities and ensure shelves are always well-stocked. Handle lumber, conduct inventory, process deliveries, and price mark goods to ensure a positive customer experience. Help measure and count customer items. The position is a permanent employment at 60% starting immediately. Qualifications: Have an interest in renovations, building, retail, and customer service Driven by sales and exceeding customer expectations B-Class driver's license Able to measure and count customer items without restriction Good knowledge of Swedish and able to communicate in English Available to work during facility hours Can represent and work according to our values Desirable Personal Qualities: Service-oriented – willing to work in service and passionate about sales Fast, efficient, responsive, flexible – qualities that provide good customer experience Responsible – for personal development and facility success – team-first mentality Driven and engaged with the facility Able to work independently and self-motivated Take initiative and see what needs to be done Curious and eager to learn new things Other: Experience in building, retail, and customer service is a merit Forklift experience is a merit Forklift training and certification are provided internally at the facility.
