The position simply means that you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Permanent full-time employment, probation applies Start date: By agreement Working hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). Here's more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce and vegetable department. You are responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring that the department is attractive to customers and seasonally current, thereby contributing to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals. You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it. It's also great if you: Have experience working in the produce and vegetable department in a store or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development.
