In short, this position means you help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices. Position details: Permanent full-time employment with a probationary period. Start date: September 14, 2026 or by agreement Work hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish skills (spoken and written). Here's more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce and vegetable department. You are responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is attractive for sales and seasonally relevant, thereby helping the store achieve its sales and profitability goals. You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.
