About the job We're looking for you who enjoys food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Lund Norra Fäladen! The job is, in short, about helping our customers buy good and sustainable food at really great prices. Job details: Permanent full-time position, probation period applies Start date: October 1, 2026 or by agreement Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). Here's more about the job: Together with your colleagues, you handle the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce and flowers department. You are responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring that the department is sales-driven and seasonally current, thereby contributing to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. It's also great if you: Have experience working in produce and flowers departments in stores or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development. See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
