Store Associate, Produce & Flowers Department, Willys Alingsås Hagaplan

We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales to join our amazing team at Willys Alingsås Hagaplan! In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for quality sustainable food at great prices. Job Details: Permanent position at 32 hours per week, probation period applies Start Date: August 31, 2026 or by agreement Working Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written). More About the Role: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce and flowers department. You'll be responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is well-stocked and seasonally relevant, helping the store reach its sales and profitability goals. You'll greet our customers with knowledge, finesse, and a great smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. See what needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not required. You speak, write, and understand Swedish.
