We're looking for you who likes food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Växjö I11! In short, the position means you contribute to helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Position details: Permanent full-time employment, probation period applies
Start date: August 17, 2026 or by agreement
Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you handle the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce department.
You are responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is attractive and seasonally current, thereby helping the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.

Have experience working in the produce department in a store or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development.
See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
