About the job We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Värnamo Gröndal! In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices. Job details: Permanent position, full-time. Trial employment applies. Start date: By agreement. Work hours: You'll vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce department. You're responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is attractive and seasonally current, thereby helping the store reach its sales and profitability goals. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. It's also great if you: Have experience working in a produce department in a store or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development. Notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
