About the Position As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of both varying tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and high service levels. This includes, among other things, having a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and properly displayed. Regardless of where you are in the store, you notice our customers - whether you're stocking goods, working at the checkout, helping them in customer service, or serving them in the café. When meeting customers, you enjoy sharing your knowledge to help them find what they're looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are the same. Here we are happy to take on the tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find a simple solution. We are recruiting for several positions. We have permanent employment contracts that begin with a 6-month trial period as well as temporary positions. The weekly working hours are approximately 28-38 h/week. About You Customers' time is valuable and as an employee at Biltema you must be able to listen, understand and read the customer's needs. We are therefore looking for you who are a pronounced service-oriented person and who have the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done and want order and organization around you. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have experience from retail and preferably within store work with cash register work or in the restaurant industry.
