We are looking for more Team Members for our various stores in the Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg areas. As a Team Member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignment for one of our customer's retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain and move between the chain's different stores as needed. You book yourself quickly and easily via our app for work shifts that suit you and your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex.
NOTE! During the stores' vacation periods, we cannot hire and train staff, which means it may take time before we get back to you and employment may first become available at the end of or after the summer.
As a sales associate, you participate in all of the store's ordinary work tasks such as sales at the register and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and picking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively work with customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.
Important Information:
To be eligible for the position, you need to have another primary occupation of at least 50% according to the collective agreement. You can either be a student or work part-time at least 50%, or be self-employed with active F-tax. Experience/Qualifications:
You have completed upper secondary school education
You have previously worked as a retail sales associate with personal sales in retail
You can work at least 2 shifts on weekday daytime per week; in addition, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings
You can work irregular hours and can step in with short notice
You have good language skills in Swedish and English

You are a team player who enjoys close collaboration with colleagues
You are flexible and enjoy not having a fixed schedule
