As Store Manager at Willys Umeå Avion, you are ultimately responsible for the store's and store team's development, and for offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. Position details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies. Start date: August 31, 2026 or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, Class B driver's license, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages. You need to have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail. More about the position: You drive the management team's work in the store where you plan operations together. This is a strategic role, but also a very operational one. Just as naturally as you are responsible for the store's sales, profitability, and business plan, you also roll up your sleeves and actively participate in the daily work in the store – you can expect to get plenty of steps on your pedometer! You have personnel and work environment responsibility for all employees in the store. You lead, motivate, and develop your team and contribute to employees developing and performing to their full potential.
