Our focused work is about securing strong financial performance for the chain and creating a safe, developmental workplace for our employees. About the Role As Store Manager for our store in central Malmö (which also functions as the chain's central warehouse), you have overall responsibility for the store's daily operations, sales, and a team of approximately 10 people. We are looking for someone who wants more than the typical Store Manager role. You step into a key position where, in addition to running the Malmö store, you become an important partner in monitoring and developing the chain's other units. For the right person, there is a clear path to gradually build on your experience and eventually step into the role of Area Manager for our stores. Your Key Responsibilities Coach, motivate, and inspire your team on the floor. Your focus is on leading others to success and raising the overall sales level. Responsible for daily operations, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise ordering via our digital tools. Drive the store's sales toward set budgets and key metrics. Follow up on results and support other stores in the chain regarding operations, staffing, and commercial decisions. Gradually take greater control of the entire store network as you become familiar with the business. Your Profile We are looking for someone with solid experience as a Store Manager in retail and who feels ready for expanded commercial responsibility. Several years of documented experience as a Store Manager with a focus on sales leadership and results. You are driven to coach others and are strong at building winning sales teams rather than just selling yourself. Good financial understanding, experienced in managing toward KPIs, and comfortable with digital systems and inventory management. You are accustomed to working independently in a dynamic environment where decisions are made and executed quickly. You embrace change and thrive with a high pace and entrepreneurial drive. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing. Understanding of Danish is a merit. What Does Nordic Treasures Offer?
