We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Store Manager for Martin & Servera Restaurant Supply Store in Årsta. About the Role As Store Manager, you have overall responsibility for our restaurant supply store in Årsta. You lead a large store organization and supervise your group managers in daily operations. The store is embarking on an exciting development journey. Your primary focus will be to establish a stable foundation, create clear structures, and build a motivated team that pulls in the same direction. Your Areas of Responsibility: Lead, coach, and develop the store's employees and group managers. Create a safe and engaging work environment with a focus on collaboration and culture. Drive change and improvement initiatives in operations. Ensure profitability, efficiency, and high service levels. Work closely with HR and management to achieve set goals. Who Are You? You are communicative, build trust at all levels, and are a natural part of daily operations when needed. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Has several years of experience as a manager in a larger organization within retail, grocery trade, or logistics. Has documented experience in change management and turning around results or work climate. Is well-versed in workplace environment issues and personnel development. Is a business-minded leader driven by seeing both people and numbers grow.
