About the Role
As Store Manager, you have overall responsibility for our restaurant supply store in Årsta. You lead a larger store organization and manage your group leaders in day-to-day operations.
The store is facing an exciting development journey. Your primary focus will be establishing a solid foundation, creating clear structures, and building a motivated team that works toward the same goals.
Your Areas of Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and develop store employees and group leaders.
Create a safe and engaging work environment with focus on collaboration and culture.
Drive change and improvement initiatives in operations.
Ensure profitability, efficiency, and high service levels.
Work closely with HR and operations management to achieve set goals.

Has several years of experience as a manager in a larger organization within retail, grocery, or logistics.
Has documented experience in change management and turning around results or work environment.
Is well-versed in workplace environment issues and personnel development.
