About the Role As a Store Manager at Indiska, you're the one who leads the way, both on the shop floor and within the team. You have overall responsibility for the store reaching its goals and ensuring that both customers and employees have a really great experience every day. You lead with presence, energy, and clear direction, focusing on customer experience, team well-being, and store results. Your responsibilities include: Drive the store toward sales targets and KPIs Lead and coach the team in daily work, both strategically and operationally Ensure an inspiring visual presentation and a welcoming store environment Plan and follow up on budget, schedules, and staffing Recruit, develop, and motivate employees Work actively with workplace environment, well-being, and culture in the store About You We believe you're a clear, attentive, and unpretentious leader who gets things done.
