About the Role As a Store Manager at Indiska, you are the one who sets the direction, both on the shop floor and within the team. You have overall responsibility for the store reaching its goals and ensuring that both customers and employees have a really great experience every day. You lead with presence, energy, and clear direction with customer experience, team satisfaction, and store results in focus. Your responsibilities include: Drive the store toward sales targets and KPIs Lead and coach the team in daily work, both strategically and operationally Ensure an inspiring visual presentation and a welcoming store environment Plan and monitor budget, schedules, and staffing Recruit, develop, and motivate employees Actively work on workplace environment, satisfaction, and culture in the store About You We believe you are a clear, attentive, and unpretentious leader who gets things done.
