About the store manager role As a store manager, you have full responsibility for operations, staff, and results. You work actively in the store alongside your team and, most importantly, create a positive experience for our customers through a commercial store environment and personal service. Our selection includes non-food items, everything from toys, clothing, household items, cleaning products, and grills. This is a permanent full-time position. The team consists of one store manager, one sales manager, and 14 sales associates. Are you the one we're looking for? In addition to upper secondary education, you have retail management training and relevant industry experience as a store manager where you have held personnel, budget, and results responsibility.
