Happy Homes Borås is the store that sells paint, wallpaper, flooring, tile and bathrooms. We sell quality products from well-known brands to consumers and professional customers. Our beautiful store is now looking for a new star for the store manager role! First and foremost, we are looking for you who is an experienced store manager/team leader. You are welcome to have experience in retail, preferably in paint or building materials trade. You can also have leadership experience from another industry, for example combined with a strong interest in color and design. Work experience in construction, painting can also be a merit. We know that the background of the perfect store manager can vary. We are careful to find the right person who fits into our fantastic team and place great emphasis on your personal skills and abilities. As a store manager with us, you are a confident and clear leader who leads and distributes the daily work. You have personnel and budget responsibility and are part of the group's management team. You flexibly switch between cashier sales - administration - merchandise picking and customer advice. We are a store with 7 employees so it is important that you are unpretentious in your work and put the team and customers first. Happy Homes store assortment includes paint, wallpapers, flooring, spackle, tile, bathroom furniture, showers, bathtubs, tools and accessories and we work with the market's best suppliers in the field. The professional craftsman customers are in painting, construction, flooring, tiling, property companies, property managers, municipalities and regions. We also have a large share of consumer customers who are equally important to us. The store is open Monday-Friday 06:30-18:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00. We always give customers service at the highest level so it is important that you stand behind our values which are Positive, Helpful and Kind.
