About the Store Manager role in Nässjö As Store Manager in Nässjö, you'll be responsible for leading and driving the store toward success. You'll work to achieve our sales targets, ensure an exceptional customer experience, while also being responsible for the day-to-day operations and staff in the store. Your main responsibilities are: - Lead, coach, and develop store sales staff - Ensure the store achieves sales targets and results - Maintain a high level of customer service - Inventory management and stock control - Recruitment and training of staff As a manager, you'll have support from other leaders, HR, and colleagues.
