You are overall responsible for the store's sales and results and are the one who leads the store's management group. You do this largely by participating in daily store operations and serving as a role model. The role also includes tasks such as: • Deliver excellent customer service in your store • Take full responsibility for the store's results and key metrics through continuous planning, follow-up, and development • Lead and motivate your team to perform to their full potential • Ensure daily operations by leading and planning activities in your store • Efficiently delegate work tasks and motivate your team to achieve set key metrics • Optimize store processes through regular analyses • Recruit, onboard, train, and further develop your team You will be placed in one of our stores in Northwestern Småland. We're looking for someone with experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You have strong problem-solving skills and are good at planning and delegating work tasks. You are driven by a strong customer focus and always prioritize the customer experience. Exceeding set goals and maximizing productivity working with your team is something you see as a given. In addition, you are a good communicator and can develop your team and store through feedback. We also see that you: • Have completed upper secondary education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on retail. • Speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working as a deputy store manager, store manager, or department manager in grocery retail or another service-oriented industry.
