You lead by being present on the floor, coaching your team, and creating a store environment where customer experience is the focus. You take responsibility for the store reaching its sales targets by driving sales and building an engaged team. Your responsibilities include: Be an active leader in the store, inspire and engage your team to provide customers with the best experience. Drive and develop store sales by motivating staff and ensuring high customer service. Ensure that set budgets and sales targets are achieved. Recruit, onboard, and develop employees through regular conversations and coaching. Create and maintain a well-planned and efficient staffing structure. Plan and structure daily operations to ensure a well-functioning store. Approve invoices, manage delivery notes, and follow up on any discrepancies. Continuously analyze and monitor sales, staff, budget, and inventory status. We are looking for you who: Have at least 2 years of retail experience and a strong sales drive. Are a natural leader who motivates and inspires your team to success. Enjoy working operationally and leading by being present on the store floor. Are an engaged and solution-oriented person with good planning and organizational skills. Have experience with personnel responsibility, recruitment, and scheduling.
