As Store Manager at Godisfabriken Morokulien, you'll be a role model in the store's daily operations. You lead by being present on the floor, coaching your team, and creating a store environment where customer experience is the focus. You take responsibility for the store reaching its sales targets by driving sales and building an engaged team.
Your responsibilities include:
Be an active leader in the store, inspire and engage your team to deliver the best customer experience.
Drive and develop store sales by motivating staff and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Ensure established budgets and sales targets are met.
Recruit, onboard, and develop employees through regular conversations and coaching.
Create and maintain a well-planned and efficient staffing structure.
Plan and structure daily operations to ensure a well-functioning store.
Approve invoices, handle delivery notes, and follow up on any discrepancies.
Continuously analyze and monitor sales, staff, budget, and inventory status.
We're looking for you who:
Have at least 2 years of retail experience and a strong sales drive.
Are a natural leader who motivates and inspires your team to success.
Enjoy working operationally and leading by being present on the store floor.
Are an engaged and solution-oriented person with good planning and organizational skills.
Have experience with personnel responsibility, recruitment, and scheduling.
Have good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks.
