Your work includes: Lead and develop sales managers within Product and Customer Flow through PU conversations, coaching, and follow-up Anchor goals and vision and create job satisfaction and engagement Drive competence development and staffing, and ensure the right person in the right place Take responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and rehabilitation Ensure compliance with labor law, agreements, policies, and work environment guidelines Lead the store's safety and quality work Implement and follow up employee surveys Contribute to Coop's management pipeline process and identify future leaders In addition to your leadership and strategic responsibility, you also participate in the store's daily operations. Post-secondary education in economics or other relevant field is highly meritorious. Management training is highly meritorious. Experience/Competence The position requires experience and competence in retail regarding sales and preferably leadership. Documented very strong experience managing personnel. Documented strong results in operations with own P&L responsibility. Documented experience leading change and improvement initiatives. Computer skills with the Office package. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Previous experience with scheduling is meritorious. Previous experience with labor law/work environment is meritorious. The pace in the store will at times be very high, which is why stress tolerance and planning ability are important qualities.
